HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations and security deposits can be handled in one of two
ways.
Once
you have spoken to, or emailed with our Reservation Queen and
identified the date you want. You can secure the boat with a signed
credit card confirmation sheet or you can mail in your deposit
in the form of a check. Melissa 850-837-9401

If you chose to use the credit card deposit, we will fax you
a confirmation sheet with all of the details about your trip.
The date of trip & time of departure. Boat name and phone
number and the total cost of the charter.
Once you have verified all the details are correct and match yours,
you will fill out the rest of the confirmation sheet, sign it
and fax it back.
Once we receive it back, your boat is locked in.
We will not charge anything to your credit card unless you do
not show up for the trip.
If you fail to show up for the trip we will be authorized to charge
you up to the full amount of the charter.
We allow cancellation of the charter up to 14-week days before
the trip.
We are always fair with our customers and always work with them
if problems arise which could affect their charter and their deposit.
However we do not want to be stood up and have a day tied to the
dock instead of out fishing.
If you chose to secure the boat with a check, you will need to
mail in a deposit of 50% of the total price of the charter. We
will hold the boat for a few days in order for you to get your
deposit thru the mail.
We can mail or fax you a map to the boat and a confirmation that
you deposit is secure and your boat locked in.
For corporate charters, we can provide you with an invoice and
billing for your companies needs.
